With a whisper and the stroke of a pen

If anyone reads this they would have noticed this post was different until now. I wrote about the passage of the most recent update to the National Defense Authorization Act that had the potential to authorize the indefinite detention of American citizens. The final version of the act addressed that issue specifically as was pointed out to me after writing that post.


I am very, very glad to admit I was wrong.
